Tea can boost your health according to a review by the University of Western Australia.  As published in the Molecular Aspects of Medicine, if you regularly consume green or black tea your risk of heart disease may decrease by as much as 11%.  One cup contains 150-200 mg of antioxidants.  Consuming two cups provides the same amount of antioxidants as 5 servings of vegetables.  Antioxidants are a powerful weapon against free radicals which can cause aging and diseases.  So drink up and enjoy!
