Look And Feel Your Absolute Best!

Make 2010 the year you look and feel the absolute best you can!  I challenge each of you to take control of your life and achieve all the things you desire.  Follow along and design your own plan to transform your life in ways you had only dreamed of before. 

I have always been interested in New Years Resolutions.  Every year I had my list and like most, every year I had usually forgotten it by February.  Until last year.  I am proud to say that I completed each item on my list-which is a huge accomplishment.  Not only do I look and feel better than ever, I have discovered the key to making lasting change.  If you make small, simple changes consistently over time, you will see huge changes in your appearance, health, and quality of life.  It can really be that simple-as long as you develop your goals and a realistic plan based on the proper foundation.  That is where I, and most people, failed.  I know this doesn’t make much sense now, but it will very soon. 

As in all things worthwhile, work is required.  But if you take it step by step, it can be simple and fun.  This blog is set up to help you identify your goals and formulate your plan with the proper base. 

So, on to the first step!  I want you to examine your life and write yourself a short note or list about what your life is like now.  You can list things you love (your house, job, kids, etc).  You can list things that frustrate you (lack of exercise, lack of time to enjoy hobbies, too much time spent on “busy work”, poor health, visible sun damage or fine lines and wrinkles, etc).  Keep this list handy where you can refer back to it as you will be using it again soon.  Look for the next post which will be step 2 on your road to simply beautiful!

Barbara-Cleveland:  I have been looking for a program which will help me take control and make some long needed positive changes in my life.  I plan on trying this step by step plan and am excited to see what changes I implement-for good!

Doris:  Writing my list made me actually take stock and think about all the things I am grateful for -and there are many!  It also made me identify the specific things I am not happy with so I can have a focus.  I look forward to what comes next.
