Setting Goals
Setting goals is the next
step in your program to look and feel your absolute best. By
now you have reviewed what life is like now, listed your priorities,
figured out where you are spending your time, and compared that to your
priorities.
When setting your goals,
you may want to have a few categories such as personal goals, family
goals, career goals, etc. You can have a few goals per category,
but think about how many overall changes you want to make in the next
year. If you list too many you may get overwhelmed.
Many fail to achieve
their goals because their goals are not clear or reasonable.
Instead of saying you want to lose weight, be specific.
State exactly how many pounds you want to lose, and pick a
reasonable time you want to lose it by. This will set you up
for success instead of failure.
