Water and Weight Loss Tip


Water is an excellent partner in your weight loss program.  This tip has been proven effective according to a study in Obesity.  

If you are trying to lose weight, you should drink 16 ounces of water before each meal.  If you do this, you could lose up to an additional 4.5 pounds every 3 months.  It makes sense that you would eat less food and therefore calories because the water is making you feel fuller.  It is simple, inexpensive, and your skin will love you for it!
